1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the Savourix application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service Description: Savourix provides a dynamic ordering system that calculates Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) based on GPS data to synchronize food preparation at participating highway rest stops.
3. Pricing & Fees: Menu item prices are determined exclusively by the partner restaurants and may differ from dine-in prices. Savourix applies a nominal Platform Convenience Fee to maintain our real-time tracking infrastructure, which is explicitly displayed on the checkout screen prior to payment.
4. User Obligations: You agree to provide accurate location data strictly for ETA calculation. You acknowledge that ETAs are algorithmic estimates subject to real-world traffic conditions. It remains your responsibility to drive safely and adhere to all traffic laws. You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders.
5. Food Safety & Quality: While Savourix partners with reputable highway restaurants, the respective restaurant is solely and exclusively responsible for food preparation, safety, hygiene, and allergen handling. Savourix acts strictly as a technology facilitator and bears no liability for food quality or health-related issues.
6. Limitation of Liability: Savourix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to delays, inaccurate ETAs, or dissatisfaction with food quality provided by the partner restaurants.
7. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
